Mr. Hamed Banizaman is leading Tara Kaavosh Smart Home with over two decades of experience in communications technology, business strategy, and ERP/CRM integration. Holding a Ph.D. in Communications from Yazd University and a Master’s from the Iran University of Science and Technology, he has transitioned from academia to senior industry roles, including Managing Director at Pisha Erteash Milad Pars Co. and Chairman of the Board at Novin Sazan Tara Kavosh Co., where he has driven operational excellence. Since 2022, he has been spearheading our expansion into the Canadian market, guiding innovation, product development, and strategic growth.
Amirhossein Mohammadnia
CTO
Mr. Amirhossein Mohammadnia is directing the technological roadmap of the company by applying deep expertise in architectural engineering and smart infrastructure. With experience as CEO at Afra Building Legal Implementer Company, he has managed large-scale design and compliance projects. Since 2022, he has been developing scalable IoT systems that elevate user experience through intelligent design, automation, and robust system integration.
Mitra Fazlitavallali

Mrs. Mitra Fazlitavallali is overseeing operations with a strong background in financial leadership and systems management. With a Master’s in Governmental Management and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, she has founded and led tech consultancy initiatives before moving into banking, where she streamlined financial operations. Since joining the team in 2022, she has been implementing performance-driven processes and aligning operational goals with long-term business sustainability.
Parvaneh Zamanifar

Mrs. Parvaneh Zamanifar is shaping the company’s expansion strategy with over 20 years of experience in law, education, and regulatory affairs. Holding a Doctorate in Private Law, she has served as a legal advisor and educator across various institutions and public bodies. Since 2022, she has been leading strategic partnerships and regulatory engagement, driving our market entry initiatives and customer acquisition efforts across Canada.
